Resolved I have 300,000 subscribers, I have 4,000 clicks for notifications

I have 300,000 subscribers, I have 4,000 clicks for notifications, when I had 100,000 subscribers I had 3,000 clicks for notifications, it seems that it is not sent to all subscribers is normal?

Hello Andriw,

 

Could you please use the Sync subscribers button once before sending the Notification? It will work as a cleanup and all the inactive ones will be deleted, then you will be able to get the exact numbers. Let us know what the numbers are after that.
